Account Deletion Request

How to request deletion (outside the app)

Send an email to anhson1975@gmail.com with the subject: IVN Smart - Account Deletion Request.

Please include:

• Your account identifier (username or email used in the app)
• Request ID (if available). You can find it in Settings → Delete account in the app.
• Any additional details that help us identify your account

What we delete

• Your IVN Smart app account
• Data associated with that account

Some data may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, or regulatory compliance.

In-app option

You can also request deletion inside the app in Settings → Delete account.

Yêu cầu xóa tài khoản (ngoài ứng dụng)

Gửi email tới anhson1975@gmail.com với tiêu đề: IVN Smart - Account Deletion Request.

Nội dung email nên có:

• Thông tin định danh tài khoản (username hoặc email đăng ký)
• Request ID (nếu có). Bạn có thể xem trong Cài đặt → Xóa tài khoản.
• Thông tin bổ sung để chúng tôi xác định đúng tài khoản

Dữ liệu được xóa

• Tài khoản IVN Smart
• Dữ liệu liên quan đến tài khoản đó
